1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other approved methods.
• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund (excluding processing fees).
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political issues, etc.), refunds will be processed as per our policy.

3. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Customers must carry valid ID proof, passports, visas, and permits as required.
• Wanderlust Adventure is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses due to incorrect documentation.

4. Health & Safety

• Customers must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

5. Changes & Modifications

• Wanderlust Adventure reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of changes, we will notify customers and provide alternative options or refunds where applicable.

6. Code of Conduct

• Customers are expected to respect local culture, laws, and fellow travelers.
• Any misconduct, illegal activity, or damage to property may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

7. Website Use & Content

• All content, images, and information on www.wanderlustadventure.com.in are owned by Wanderlust Adventure and cannot be copied or distributed without permission.
• We do not guarantee that the website is free from errors, viruses, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Wanderlust Adventure is not liable for delays, injuries, or losses caused by third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers).
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we are not responsible for disruptions beyond our control.
